I was a drinker when you met me, don't know why your trying to change me now.

It's a gutsy thing to say, we are through. 
I live far from the path that you want me too. 
Drinking put a gap between me and you. 
I won't be treated like a worn out shoe, this marriage has put miles on my liver too.

It's scary when you realize , something held dear might be coming to an end. 
Plain and simple I love every ounce of you, just wanted to make sure you understand. 
So no matter , what ever happens, you should know that you are in my soul.
